Exchange and Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless the product was defective.
Exchanges
- Boots and Belts: If for some reason your product does not fit and you need an exchange for a different size we are happy to make that happen for you. Please request a return label from us and we will ship you another one free of charge once it's received. ***This policy does not apply to orders purchased outside the United States so double check the sizing chart!!!***
Defective of damaged products
- We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will pay for the shipping of the defective product to us and the replacement to you. If you have any questions please contact us.

Refunds & Returns
- Contact us for a return shipping label.
- A flat fee of $7.00 is charged for a return shipment unless the item arrived to you damaged.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have waited at least five business days since the package was deliver to us, please contact us!
Shipping
- It takes 1-3 business days from when your order is placed for it to ship. Tracking will be updated on your order. It will take 2-5 business days for your package to arrive.
