What is your return policy on custom boots?

Because each pair is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom leather boots.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we have begun making your boots, the order cannot be canceled. We start production quickly to deliver your custom pair as soon as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

You can use your regular shoe size, or for the most accurate fit we will send you a PDF with detailed foot measurement instructions. Just let us know which you prefer when ordering.

What happens if there is a mistake with my boots?

If we make any error during production, we will make you a new pair of boots at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

How long does it take to receive my custom boots?

Most pairs take 2–4 weeks to handcraft and ship. However, because each pair is made to order, there are times when production can take significantly longer due to material availability or high demand. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
