Shipping policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless the product was defective.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Belts: If for some reason your belt does not fit and you need an exchange for a different size we are happy to meet you in the middle. Send the belt back to us and we will ship you another one free of charge once it's received. Please include with the belt your receipt indicating what size you would like to exchange your belt for and contact us requesting an exchange ***This policy does not apply to orders purchased outside the United States so double check the sizing chart!!!***
Defective of damaged products
We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will pay for the shipping of the defective product to us and the replacement to you. If you would prefer a full refund we would be happy to accommodate that request as well.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have waited at least five business days since the package was deliver to us, please contact us!
